Used this company to come out to fix an air leak in the equipment.. had to pay $250 deposit. Gave me a windows of 3 days.. canceled on appointment day the was 5 hours late the next appointment date.. he came out replaced $10 worth of gaskets. Not to mention he spoke no English. Luckily my neighbor spoke Spanish and still communication was vague. He left. Spa was still going down when shut off, I called them the next day.gave me another 3 day windows and had the gaul to send another $145 deposit.. now had to call another pool company to fix it.. it's beyond me how they have so many good reviews unless they are fake.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!.
They sub contract out to other repair guys...
If I could do zero stars I would...

I called this company when my pool stopped running properly and was really impressed with how they handled it. They got back to me quickly and scheduled a visit within a few days. The technician showed up on time, figured out the problem without a lot of guessing, and explained what was wrong in plain terms. He gave me a clear price before starting any work, and the final bill matched it. The repair was done in one visit, and the pool has been working great since. They also cleaned up after themselves, which I appreciated.

Love our newly resurfaced pool by The Pool Repair Guy. The process was so easy and faster than anticipated, even with rainy days. We love our "new pool" and will be enjoying it for many years to come. We can't wait to show it off to family, friends, and neighbors.

I am extremely happy with my pool. The company looks out for their customer's satisfaction and experience by giving sound advice, information, and recommendations so clients can make their best decisions. The company completed their scope of work ahead of schedule and their communications are very clear. They provide state licenses and insurance to give customers piece of mind. I endorse and recommend this company. Pictures are from beginning to end product.
