STAINING AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Stain Classification and Identification:

Swimming pool stains are categorized as either metal/rust or organic. These can be accurately identified using professional stain testing kits, such as those provided by Jack's Magic.

Pool Handover Process:

Upon completion of the resurfacing process, we deliver the pool in a stain-free and chemically balanced condition. We request that you complete the warranty form to confirm your satisfaction with all aspects of the work.

Post-Handover Responsibilities:

After the handover, the pool owner assumes responsibility for preventing and addressing any staining issues. This includes:

Organic Stains: Caused by leaves, berries, acorns, or yard debris
Metal/Rust Stains: Resulting from metal objects, screws, toys, coins, or similar items

We cannot be held accountable for staining caused by external factors beyond our control.

Stain Development and Removal:

Metallic staining that develops after handover is the owner's responsibility to diagnose and remove.
Organic staining is common, especially in pools surrounded by trees. Prompt removal of debris and treatment with appropriate products (e.g., muriatic acid or Jack's Magic stain removal products) is recommended.

Preventative Maintenance:

Metal sequestrants are added during the resurfacing start-up procedure to safely remove metals from the water.

These sequestrants should be replenished at least annually to maintain optimal water chemistry.

Warranty Coverage:

Please note that stain removal is not covered under our warranty.
